I don’t make what I wouldn’t feed my own family. I use no plastic or chemicals in my kitchen. I also don’t use any non-stick cookware. My kitchen consists of cast iron, stainless steel & beeswax bags in place of what others use. I also do not use any seed oils. I try to source everything as local as I can, and as clean as I can. I also mill a lot of my own flour and use it the same day for the most nutrient rich breads. Some may find the taste of fresh milled flour a little too hearty so I will be offering fully milled flour items separately.
Flour: the flour used is Organic, non-gmo, kosher, US grown, fresh milled & small family owned. The organic heritage grain used is better for you, and many people find them to be more digestible than modern hybridized wheat. Mixed with home milled fresh flour.
Dairy: Any dairy I use is raw from Amish country in PA. Butter, milk etc.
Eggs: Any eggs used are organic, pasture raised either from my own chickens or from the amish. They are also soy & corn free .
Sweetners: I only use organic raw honey or organic coconut sugar. For chocolate chips I use ones sweetened with coconut sugar or date sugar.
